In her role as a Research Coordinator, Ms. Jiang primarily focuses on food allergy studies including the Prevalence study, FORWARD, iREACH, and FACE India. She also supports the Natural History study and the Peanut Addendum Guideline Adherence study. Ms. Jiang received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she also underwent the Pre-Medicine track and minored in Spanish.
